Unicargo Lda is a cargo haulage company with its headquarters in Beira. The company provides safe and reliable transport for containerized, bulk and project cargo within Mozambique and beyond borders (Zimbabwe, Zambia & Malawi). We are able also to transport OOG and abnormal loads using lowbeds to Zimbabwe, Zambia, Malawi and DRC.
Scope of Work
Since its foundation in 2010, Unicargo was operating within Mozambique and the hinterland. Our focal is the Beira corridor and beyond borders, we can transport to Zimbabwe, Zambia and Malawi. Below is a table of the routes that we are currently operating:
Fleet
Our heavy-duty fleet is diversified in the sense that we have multi-purpose flat deck trailers and side boarded trailers. The flat deck trailers can load containers, bagged cargo and light out of gauge equipment or structures, whereas the side boarded trailers, which are special for bulk delicate cargo can load containers as well. We also have clip-on gensets for refrigerated containers & low beds for abnormal and very heavy equipment.
Insurance Policy
We have GIT for all valuable cargo & it is our top priority to maintain the fleet insured. Our insurance policy covers the trucks and trailer on a third term basis. Our insurance does not cover cargo but whenever there is need, we can arrange passing the cost to the client.
